Suellen Drysdale has been daydreaming since birth – but has only recently transformed this talent into writing children’s books. Her mission is to help kids use their imaginations – and then find their own voice through story writing.
Her first novel for 9-13 year olds, The Hybrid and the Lost Tails of Mermirran was published in late 2012. Following close on its tail (excuse the mermaid pun) is the recently released The Hybrid and the Emeralds of Elisar.
Unfortunately, Suellen lives far from the sea in inland Victoria, Australia but is surrounded by nature, animals and flying horses (she wishes!)- oh and of course her own kids!
NEW BOOK!
Suellen’s new book: Forgetful Gran’s Muddle Rhymes has now arrived in Australia.
